What is Cardio Drumming?
Cardio drumming involves a 65-75cm exercise ball, 17 gallon bucket, and some drumsticks. Yes! That's all you need! We turn the music up loud and do various exercises to the music. ANY age and fitness level can do this do to the ability to tailor it to YOUR fitness level. If low impact is what you're looking for.....this is for you. If intense is what you're looking for........you can turn it into that by adding more jumps, bringing your knees up higher, or even squatting even lower. You will love the group we have along with the extra amount of motivation you get during class. Class is currently being led by Coach Steven.
